We sell a written, data-driven plan and direct access. That falls apart if I am typing workups at night. Meelio drafts each visit in my own template, syncs it straight into Cerbo, and turns the orders and follow-ups into a queue I clear. The note is in Cerbo before the member leaves, and the plan is ready when they walk out.

The practice

Precision Health is a concierge primary care and longevity practice in Sarasota, Florida. Patrick Mullen, MD, co-founded it and runs it as Medical Director. He is board certified in family medicine and obesity medicine, trained at the University of South Florida, and built the practice around one line: your health, your future, by design.

The model is Medicine 3.0. Members pay a membership instead of running through insurance, and in return they get long visits, direct access to their physician, advanced diagnostics, and a written, data-driven plan. Precision Health scores each member on objective markers of metabolic fitness, cardiovascular resilience, functional independence, and lung capacity, then builds the plan from there.

The documentation problem

The concierge promise is the written plan and the time to explain it. A longevity workup is dense: diagnostics, genetic screening, hormones, and the five pillars of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and recovery, all in a consistent structure the practice runs on.

Before Meelio, every one of those workups had to be typed up, formatted into that structure by hand, then moved into Cerbo. The note sat in a document first, and the orders and follow-ups were carried in memory until someone entered them. For a practice that sells fast turnaround and a plan in hand, the writeup was the part that slowed everything down.

What changed with Meelio

Meelio drafts each visit in Mullen's own template, so the Medicine 3.0 structure is there from the first draft instead of rebuilt by hand. The note syncs straight into Cerbo, every visit, rather than living in a doc first.

The admin stops being something to remember. Orders and follow-ups land as Pending Actions, a queue the team clears instead of a list it keeps in its head. The written plan the membership is built on is ready while the member is still in the room.

The result

Every note in Cerbo, synced the same visit. Workups drafted in the practice's own structure instead of retyped. The orders and follow-ups cleared, not carried. For a concierge practice, the plan is now ready when the member walks out, which is exactly what they pay for.
